Rock the Cantina

Betty Jo Productions and the Get Together Foundation produced an outdoor music showcase to benefit "Rock the Classroom" on July 9, 2005. The event was held at Santa Susana Cantina in Simi Valley, CA. This was Betty Jo Production's first partnered charity event. The day was a hot one that began at 2 p.m and lasted long into the evening. “Silverlake”, “The CEO’s”, “The Shills” and "Adam Marsland's Chaos Band" were among the local talent. Raffle prizes donated by Earthly Body, Shout Factory and Daisy Rock Guitars. Daisy Rock donated a Peppermint Daisy Artist Guitar along with that grand prize, included Lisa Loeb's "The Way It Really Is" newly published book and CD, both autographed personally by her for this event.
We hope to do more events to benefit "Rock the Classroom" in the near future.
