The preferred ticket holders were treated to a special Meet & Greet event before the concert which included entry to Robert's sound check and the opportunity to meet and talk with Robert for autographs and photos.
Opening the show was "The Howland/Imboden Project" featuring CHICAGO's Keith Howland and Tris Imboden with special guest bass player Jason Scheff.
During the concert, Robert was presented a special award from New Zealand's music show, Juice 2, for Best Live Video of 2004.
