Pop and Sizzle Showcase August 15th, 2004 at the Troubador was a great night with seven great acts and a broad selection of talent rocking the stage. Thanks to Stephen Kalinich, Alan Boyd and his incredible musicians, Carl and Justyn Wilson, David Marks, Matt Beckley and his awesome band, Scott Bennett and Taylor Mills along with Scott's fantastic band, and Bobby Figueroa, our music director. The house band was the best. Thanks also to Hank Linderman, Gary Griffin, Robbie Scharf, Bobby Zarate, and Craig Copeland for lending their awesome talents to the stage: you guys were great! And thanks to Marilyn Rutherford and Ginger Blake of the Honey's for being coaxed up onstage at the finale for "Dancin in the Street". You ladies rock!
